Claudine Donikian, JD, MBA
Vice President, Integrated Marketing and Consulting Services
Claudine A. Donikian, JD, MBA, is the vice president of integrated marketing and consulting services at Pentera, Inc., and is located in Boston.
Holding an MBA with a focus in marketing and trained by the Direct Marketing Association, she oversees Pentera’s business and
marketing strategy, is the creative director for client Web and mail materials, advises a select group of Pentera’s clients on marketing
and eMarketing best practices, and is a private consultant to nonprofits such as Pomona College. Claudine is a frequent speaker on the national
planned giving and AFP circuits and conducts training at Pentera training seminars.
Claudine graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Indiana University, received an MA in French from New York University, and holds a JD and
an MBA from Boston College Law School and the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College, respectively. She is an active
member of NCPG, PGGNE, and PPGGNY; she served on the planning committee of PPGGNY's all-day conference for three years; she is
on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Children's Trust Fund; and she is a recent member of the steering committee of the Council at
the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. Claudine also teaches French at Boston-area colleges as an adjunct professor, and her engaging and funny
style makes her a popular teacher at adult education centers in Boston.
