All of Pentera's newsletters are 100% customized to each one of our clients. The customization process takes three steps:

The first step: Choose one of our many newsletter formats.

The second step: Choose a design/layout options.

Option 1: Our team of designers creates a 100% customized original design for your organization.
Option 2: Our team of designers creates a 100% customized design that adheres to branding requirements or matches a branded look exactly.
Option 3: Some clients choose to use our expertly designed newsletter layouts that we send out each time we produce a new newsletter topic, and these layouts are customized to your organization by

• including your masthead
• using your colors
• using your photos
• making adjustments you might want

The third step: Produce an individual newsletter.

• We continue customizing during this step as well for each client and for each issue, regardless of which design/layout options they have chosen.
• We are happy to adjust and tweak the newsletter's (content and lay out) to accommodate any changes, edits, or content additions you'd like to make. Here are just a few examples:
  • accommodate any edits you want to our text
  • add photos
  • include a donor story (we can write one for you)
• We also automatically personalize the text by adding your organization's name and style preferences.
