How much can we personalize our newsletter?
The amount of customization is unlimited—it's really up to you. You can add donor stories, lists of society members, a letter from your director of planned giving (or other officer), information about your latest fund-raising campaign, etc. Of course, if you don't have time to add copy, we have copy to complete your newsletter.

Can we add our own pictures?
Yes, as many as you wish. They make a newsletter more interesting.

When is the newsletter printed?
Your schedule is our schedule; the timing of each newsletter is up to you. Please do not hesitate to ask our experienced staff for advice on suggested mailing dates.

How do we choose a newsletter topic?
